Welcome to Redeemer’s Youth Ministry Redeemer’s Youth Ministry exists to help San Antonio students cultivate hearts that are captured by the grace of Jesus Christ and renewed minds that are filtering every aspect of their existence through the unchanging grid of the Scriptures. Our goals are to: Engage students with the Word of God so that they grow in God’s grace and develop a distinctively Christian world and life view Connect students to the wider church for fellowship, and to Reach out to the city of San Antonio with the compassion of Jesus Christ so that students recognize their responsibility for mission, witness, and service in the world. It is our conviction that the Gospel’s message of grace—that sinners are forgiven and restored by God through the work of Jesus Christ—is not only that which brings us into relationship with God, but also that which grows us to maturity. Consequently, we believe that this message of God’s grace is what students most need to hear. Matt Beham leads Redeemer’s Youth Ministry Team. Summer Bible Studies This summer our Jr. and Sr. High Bible studies will explore the practical theme of Growing up as a Christian in today's Culture. Some topics will include; The Courage to be Bored, Facebook and Me; and Dealing with Peer Pressure. Jr. High Bible Studies are on Tuesday nights from 6:30-8:00 at the Fitch Home, 7 Seaton Green, 78209. Sr. High Bible Studies are on Thursday nights from 6:30-8:00 at the Beham Home, 265 W. Wildwood, 78212. Events This summer, we have a number of events, some of which will be only Jr. High or Sr. High, and some of which will be mixed. The purpose of these events is not just to have fun, but also to have shared lives and experiences, through which we can get to know and love one another.
