Join us on Tuesday, June 17th, 7 pm at Redeemer Church for 

EASY BREEZY WATERCOLOR PORTRAITS

This is a fun and oh-so-satisfying experience to give new life to a photo of a loved one…human or fur baby! We will learn a simple way to transfer the outline of your photocopied or printed photo to watercolor paper and then embellish with watercolor and acrylic paint pens. We’ll discuss some color theory, a bit of technique, and maybe have time for a quick art appreciation game. You decide if you want to use an image provided or bring something from home. 

*NOTE: If you want to paint something from a personal photo, it will most likely need to be digital so that you can zoom in and enlarge your image. The subject itself, not the entire photo, should be a headshot, about a 5 x 7. Notice the steps taken in the example. Bring along the enlarged, printed paper copy, not the photo itself.
