Dear Members and Friends, As 2016 comes to a close, I think many of us are looking forward to the new year in hopes of better things. When considering the world stage, 2016 has not been easy. Militant Islamists continue to strike terror across the Middle East, Africa and portions of Europe. Even here on American soil we must be ever vigilant to negotiate this threat.
