We are pleased to announce the hire of three new members of the Redeemer staff. Sarah Doerfler will join the staff as Assistant to the Senior Pastor and Special Projects Coordinator. Tara Gibbs will serve as Director of Women’s Ministry, a newly-created role on the Redeemer staff. Aron Jang will be Redeemer’s Summer Youth Intern, serving from June through August. Today we announce a significant staff milestone in the life of Redeemer. Harriet Peavy, the first staff member of Redeemer, who in 17 years has served as bookkeeper, office manager and Assistant to Senior Pastor Tom Gibbs, will retire in June. We cannot adequately express our love and thanksgiving for Harriet and her contributions to Redeemer. This week, the Session had the privilege of sitting down with those who have most recently completed officer training at Redeemer and is pleased to announce their candidacy for office in the class of 2022.
